At 6 ICE, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece doesn't meet your expectations, we make the process of returning or exchanging your items simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the jewelry in its original 6 ICE packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality assurance team will inspect the item upon arrival; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
